The widget will be performing “call-back function”. That is, you will be recieving client’s phone which the client will have specified in the widget by your e-mail. Check if you entered the email address correctly in the plugin settings. 2. If, when you click on “Waiting for a call”, the cursor takes the form of an expectation and nothing happens – it means an error in the plugin code. It can be found in the PHP logs and sent to the author for the study. 3. If upon clicking the letter is sent (the result text is displayed), but do not come to the mail, check the logs of the mail server. The message may be stuck due to incorrect mail server settings or due to the blocked sending option. On some hosting sites, the mail server works in a limited mode or specifically filters notifications from WordPress. In this case, setting up sending messages through an external SMTP server (for example gmail) can help you. The easiest way to configure this is with the appropriate plugin (see google). 4. Finally, check your spam folder for your mail :-). ### How to attach google/yandex targets? The plugin has a custom event “bazzSuccessSubmit” triggered on success submitting the form. So you can listen to this event and handle it then it triggered. I have several sites with free versions of this plugin – they work very well! Special thanks for the code for tracking targets in Yandex and Google. It’s good enough for a standard webpage. Maybe some of the settings are not enough, but there is a paid version and other analogues. Разработчик, большое тебе спасибо за твою работу. У самого на нескольких сайтах стоят бесплатные версии – отрабатывают на все 146%! Отдельно спасибо за код по отслеживанию целей в Яндексе и Google. Для стандартных лендингов хватает за глаза. Кнопочка конечно красивая, только положение её не настроить, почему не задать ориентацию в процентах, а не в пикселях? Зашел с другого компьютера, кнопка пропала. Учтено рабочее/нерабочее время – за это еще 1 звезда. В мобильной версии не работает, причем принудительно. Я хочу сам решать, надо ли моим пользователям с мобильных устройств иметь кнопку обратного звонка. Самое главное – сообщение на почту клиента о звонке так и не приходит. А сегодня я поменял e-mail на наш контактный для проверки (мало ли, клиент не заметил письма, в спам попало…) – и после ввода номера телефона (в первый раз) и ввода номера телефона и имени (во второй раз) после нажатия кнопки получаю сообщение Forbidden (уведомления на почту о номере не приходят).
