Dette plugin opretter et søgefelt som Booking.coms affiliatepartnere kan implementere på deres website ved hjælp af deres affiliate-id.

If you’re not an Affiliate Partner yet, you can still implement the plugin. To get the most out of the plugin and earn commission, you’ll need to sign up for the Booking.com Affiliate Partner Programme.

For at implementere søgefeltet skal du bare trække pluginet fra widget-området i sidepanelet for at udgive det – det er alt!

Once installed, you can choose a pre-filled destination for the search box. This destination is linked to a destination ID, avoiding potential issues for multiple cities with the same name. You can also change the pre-filled destination for each page or post where the search box is displaying, thanks to the meta box feature showed at the end of the editing area.

Installation

Den første installation

  1. Download zip-filen fra denne side
  2. Log ind på dit WordPress-kontrolpanel
  3. Gå til Plugins >> Add New under sektionen Install Plugins, klik på Upload, og brug knappen Gennemse til at finde den zip-fil du downloadede i punkt 1.
  4. Når søgefeltet er aktiveret, kan du begynde at bruge det under Appearance >> Widget
  5. Hvis det er nødvendigt, kan du tilpasse søgefeltet under indstillingerne.

Kan jeg indsætte widgeten flere steder?

The Booking.com Official Search Box plugin can be placed on a sidebar and also in the content of a page (via Block Editor). Multiple search boxes in different widget areas in the same page would affect the functionalities. However, you can use the Meta Boxes feature to display the same widget with different destinations for each post and page.

Hvilken version af WP er dette plugin kompatibelt med?

errors and support don’t exist

Once installed the plugin causes errors in the pages and posts are repeated with errors. Support does not exist, no one has answered in the forum for months …

Unethical Company & Plugin not Functioning

The experience with this company is terrible. 1. Their plugin doesn’t work and is very limited. 2. They don’t honor their affiliates with money. They will arbitrarily say you don’t “pass” their “quality test”. So don’t waste your time.
