Go to WooCommerce > PostNet Delivery in your WordPress admin 2. Check the “Enable Multi Site Mode” option 3. Configure your collection addresses with the required fields: 4. * Street Address * Additional Address Info (optional) * Country Code * Suburb/City * Postal Code * Company/Business Name * Contact Number * Contact Person 5. Save your settings ### Validation Features The plugin includes several validation mechanisms to ensure proper setup: * **Order Completion Blocking**: Orders cannot be marked as “Completed” without selecting a collection address * **Visual Indicators**: Clear visual feedback shows whether collection addresses are properly configured * **Real-time Validation**: JavaScript validation prevents status changes without proper address selection * **Error Messages**: Helpful error messages guide users through the required setup process When Multi Site Mode is enabled: * Waybills will not be created automatically when orders are placed * You must select a collection address for each order in the admin panel * **Order completion is blocked until a collection address is selected** * Waybills will only be created when the order status is changed to “Completed” * The selected collection address will be used as the originating address on the waybill ### Contributing 1. This plugin is compatible with the WooCommerce Checkout Block in the block editor, and also supports the previous `[woocommerce_checkout]` shortcode as well. 7. The timeout is now 20 seconds * The PostNet store list is now cached for 12 hours instead of being downloaded on every settings page load and every store lookup, and the last good copy is reused for up to 30 days if PostNet is unreachable * Nearest-store lookups are cached per delivery address for an hour, so recalculating shipping rates on the checkout page no longer re-queries PostNet every time * Checkout now says PostNet is not responding when the request fails, instead of reporting that no stores were found near the address * The settings page no longer dies with a raw JSON error when the store list cannot be fetched; it shows the store dropdown with an explanatory notice * Removed a leftover debug statement that wrote the entire store list to the WordPress debug log on every settings page load #### 1.0.18 * Fixed the item prices in the PostNet order email being multiplied by the quantity a second time, so a line of 5 x R32.00 was shown as 5 x R160.00 = R800.00 * The order email now itemises the delivery fee and tax, so the line items add up to the order total instead of leaving the difference unexplained * Order items now send the per-unit price and the line total as separate fields rather than a single ambiguous price * Fixed the waybill weight being under-declared: the per-unit product weight was counted once per line regardless of how many units were ordered #### 1.0.17 * Fixed “Create Waybill” on the order screen failing with a generic error whenever the logged-in admin’s own WooCommerce session held a chosen shipping method ( for example after viewing the storefront cart or checkout): the waybill now always uses the order’s shipping line and never the current session * When waybill creation stops before contacting PostNet (no shipping line, shipping zone not configured, or a non-PostNet shipping method), the actual reason is now recorded on the order and shown on the order screen instead of “Failed to create waybill.
