The notice will display once and will set a cookie for 730 days (2 years). The plugin can be configured in the WordPress Admin Panel via Settings >> ES Cookie Notice Options.

- Upload
es-cookie-notice.phpto the/wp-content/plugins/directory - Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress
- Configure the plugin in the WordPress Admin Panel via Settings >> ES Cookie Notice Options.

- The message isn’t styled up… Why?

Once you have activated the plugin you need to configure it. You can do this in the WordPress admin panel via Settings >> ES Cookie Notice Options.
- The message only appears once… Why?

Correct, the plugin sets a cookie basically saying that the notice has been seen so don’t show it again. To see the message again simply clear your browsers cookie cache.
