Though, there is a display issue with the chat box when accessing my blog via Firefox, but I know it's not your fault. It behaves exactly the same no matter what other plugin I use or just plain javascript code from FB messenger. I searched for a solution but didn't find anything relevant yet. We get a lot of messages and most times that leads to new businesses for our clients. The only thing I wish it would tell us if someone is chatting with us from the website.
