Installation
- Login as Administrator of your portal;
- Navigate to Plugins -> Add New;
- Click on Upload;
- Select and Upload the .zip file you downloaded from this website;
- Activate the new plugin.

Dashboard is very positive. Problem fixed very fast

I found this with google. There are many helpdesk for wordpress but expensive and looking old. I am new to WP and this plugin is simple and no problems so far (I installed today…). I had a problem and I was given answer in minutes. I would like to see more functions tho…
