## Beskrivelse

Monobot Chat Widget is an easy-to-use plugin that seamlessly integrates the Monobot
AI-powered chat widget into your WordPress site. Improve customer engagement and
support with just a few clicks.

### External services

This plugin embeds the live Monobot chat widget, loaded from **https://monobot.ai/
widget/chat.js**.

 * **What is sent:**
    – The browser loads the script and, on first run, the widget
   sends the visitor’s IP address and User-Agent to Monobot’s servers to create 
   an anonymous session. – When a visitor opens the chat, any messages they type
   are sent to complete the conversation.
 * **Why:** Required to render the chat interface and deliver bot replies.

## Installation

 1. Upload the plugin folder to `/wp-content/plugins/`.
 2. Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress.
 3. Go to ‘Settings’ > ‘Monobot Chat’ and enter your Monobot Bot ID.

### Where do I find my Monobot Bot ID?

You can get your Bot ID from your Monobot.ai dashboard.

### Does the plugin add any cookies?

No cookies are set by this plugin itself, but the Monobot chat widget may use cookies
for session handling.
