Upload the mw-wp-form-recaptcha folder to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory.
Activate the plugin through the Plugins menu in WordPress.
Add the Site Key.

This plugin depends on jQuery. After WP 5.6, it does not work stably. This plugin may not verify ReCaptcha google response. Only adding disabled attribute to submit button, so it cannot block spam.
