Search and activate the plugin named: “nepalify”.

FAQ

What will happen if I activate this plugin?: It will create WordPress categories based on Zones and Districts of Nepal.
What will happen if I deactivate or delete this plugin?: If you activated it once, the categories are created permanently. When you delete or deactivate, the categories created once will stay there.
I already have some names in my categories. What will happen if I reactivate the plugin?: To add a new category is left to WordPress default feature. It will not re-create new category if it exists.
What is the source of Administrative Districts?: Taken from List of Zones of Nepal in Wikipedia.
