## Beskrivelse

This is a toolbar placed on the footer of your blog and it will show your custom
notifications on it. This plugin is developed based on the Static Toolbar plugin.

## Installation

 1. Upload the plugin to the ‘/wp-content/plugins/’ directory
 2. Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress
 3. Go to Settings/Notification to change settings
