The plugin connects your WooCommerce store to the Pausal application and automatically creates a fiscal receipt when an order reaches the status selected in the plugin settings. The created fiscal receipt is recorded in the Pausal application and can be automatically sent to the customer by email. Revenue is recorded in the KPO ledger in accordance with the settings and rules of the Pausal application. The plugin also supports automatic refunds of fiscal receipts and connection to a test environment, allowing you to verify the integration before using it in production. By automating fiscalization, you can reduce manual data entry, process orders more quickly, and minimize the possibility of errors. #### How It Works 1. Install and activate the Pausal plugin in your WooCommerce store. 2. In the Pausal application, open Settings > Fiscal cash register > API integration, create an API token, and copy its API key and secret. 3. Enter the API key and secret in the plugin settings. 4. Select the environment and configure how orders will be fiscalized. 5. Select the WooCommerce order status that will trigger the creation of a fiscal receipt. 6. Before using the plugin, make sure that your Pausal account meets all the requirements for connecting the integration and issuing fiscal receipts. #### Data Sent to the Pausal Application For authentication and fiscalization purposes, the plugin may send the following data to the Pausal application: * the API key created in the Pausal application; * an HMAC-SHA256 signature of each request body, computed with the API secret ( the secret itself is not sent); * the selected API environment; * the cashier’s name; * the number, date, and time of the reference fiscal document when processing a refund; * the order total, currency, payment method, products or services, quantities, prices, and tax rates; * recipient email addresses, the email subject, and the message body when fiscal receipt delivery by email is enabled. The plugin connects to the Pausal application, so an active Pausal account is required. ### Can the plugin work without WooCommerce? No. The plugin is designed to connect the Pausal application to a WooCommerce store and requires an active WooCommerce installation. ### Which Pausal subscription or additional service is required? To use the integration, your Pausal account must have an active subscription plan and the fiscal cash register feature enabled. You must also purchase the Fiscal Cash Register API Integration service through the Pausal application. ### How is the plugin connected to the Pausal application? Create an API token in the Pausal application under Settings > Fiscal cash register > API integration. The secret is shown only once, right after the token is created. In the plugin settings, you can select the WooCommerce order status that triggers fiscalization. A fiscal receipt is created automatically when an order reaches the selected status. ### Are fiscal receipts sent to customers automatically? This option is available. If automatic delivery is enabled in the plugin settings, the fiscal receipt is sent to the email address provided by the customer when placing the order. ### Which sender details are displayed in the email? The business information configured in the Pausal application is used when sending fiscal receipts. ### Are issued fiscal receipts recorded in the KPO ledger? Revenue from created fiscal receipts is recorded in the KPO ledger in accordance with the settings and rules of the Pausal application. ### What happens when an order is cancelled or refunded? The plugin supports automatic refunds of previously created fiscal receipts. In the plugin settings, you can enable automatic refunds and select the order status that will trigger the creation of a refund fiscal receipt. Manual refunds must be processed through the Pausal application. ### Can I test the integration before using it in production? Yes.
