Installation

Upload sidebar-menu-widget folder to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory
Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress
Add Sidebar Menu to your widgetable area and configure the options.

Does this use java: Not currently. There may be options for this in the future.
