When a customer chooses StacoGate as the payment method, the plugin sends information required to create and manage the payment, including the order amount, currency, customer name and email address, WooCommerce order reference, and payment return/ callback URLs. This payment information is sent to StacoGate only when the StacoGate payment method is used. Optional deactivation feedback is described separately below. Either send button sends your selected reason, optional comment, plugin name and version, and consent to StacoGate. Only “Send feedback + website address & deactivate” also sends the displayed public website address and separate website-sharing consent.“ Send feedback & deactivate” omits the website address. No StacoGate account is required.“ Skip & deactivate” sends nothing. Feedback does not include your email, credentials, or payment data; please avoid including these in your comment. StacoGate’s server receives the connection IP as part of normal HTTP traffic. Feedback is not installation tracking. Deactivation continues if feedback cannot be sent. No. Customers do not need a StacoGate account to pay an order. They simply select StacoGate during checkout and follow the payment instructions on the hosted payment page. ### Do I need a StacoGate merchant account? Yes. You need a StacoGate merchant account and valid API credentials to connect your WooCommerce store. ### Does the plugin process blockchain transactions inside WordPress? No. Blockchain payment processing takes place through StacoGate. The plugin connects WooCommerce to StacoGate and keeps the order status synchronized with the payment status. ### What happens after a customer places an order? The customer is redirected to the StacoGate hosted checkout to complete the payment. Once StacoGate confirms the payment, the WooCommerce order is updated automatically. ### Can I use StacoGate for payments that do not come through WooCommerce? Yes. StacoGate also provides payment links that can be created from your StacoGate account and shared directly with customers. Payment links are managed through StacoGate rather than through this WooCommerce plugin. ### Can I see my payments in the StacoGate dashboard? Yes. Payments created through your WooCommerce store can be managed and tracked through your StacoGate account. ### Does the customer leave my website to pay? Yes. The customer is redirected to the StacoGate hosted checkout to complete the payment securely and then returns to your store. ### Does the plugin store cryptocurrency or private keys in WordPress? No. The WooCommerce plugin does not require you to store blockchain private keys in your WordPress installation. ### What happens if the customer does not complete the payment? The WooCommerce order remains unpaid until StacoGate confirms a successful payment. ### What happens if the customer pays after leaving the checkout page? StacoGate can still notify the store when the payment is confirmed, allowing WooCommerce to update the order status. ### Can I withdraw payments to my bank account? Settlement options are managed through your StacoGate account and depend on the services and payout methods available for your account and region. ### Where do I configure the plugin?
