Very simple add your CSS selectors and choice CSS options then open Customize and change page element style.

Installation
From your WordPress dashboard
- Visit ‘Plugins > Add New’
- Search for ‘WP CSS Generator’
- Activate WP CSS Generator from your Plugins page.
From WordPress.org
- Download WP CSS Generator.
- Upload the ‘wp-css-generator’ directory to your ‘/wp-content/plugins/’ directory, using your favorite method (ftp, sftp, scp, etc…)
- Activate WP CSS Generator from your Plugins page.
