You maintain the training schedule once, say Tuesday at 6 pm in the gym hall from September to June, and every single date is generated from it. Closures and school holidays block the affected sessions automatically. There is one record per person, and an office says what someone does: trainer, chair, treasurer, membership records. Offices can sit in committees, so an executive and an extended board come out in the maintained order rather than alphabetically. Pick that page under Settings \u2192 Overview pages, and the plain list redirects to it permanently, while links pointing at the list point to your page instead.
