Boards work for any kind of project. If Deskuss happens to be active, Kanbanz offers optional ticket synchronisation on top \u2014 but nothing requires it.<\/p><\/dd>\n<dt id=\"who%20can%20see%20and%20edit%20a%20board%3F\"><h3>Who can see and edit a board?<\/h3><\/dt>\n<dd><p>Administrators see every board. A board with no team members is visible to every Kanbanz user; once you add team members (when creating the board or in Board Settings), only the team, administrators and the board's creator can see it. Assigning a task on a team board adds the assignee to the team. Kanban Managers additionally see boards belonging to their department when Deskuss is in use.<\/p><\/dd>\n<dt id=\"can%20i%20stop%20people%20marking%20their%20own%20tasks%20as%20finished%3F\"><h3>Can I stop people marking their own tasks as finished?<\/h3><\/dt>\n<dd><p>Yes. Open a board's <strong>Board Settings \u2192 Task completion<\/strong> and choose who may move tasks into the final column: everyone, admins and board managers only, or selected staff. Everyone else can still work the task through every other column.<\/p><\/dd>\n<dt id=\"does%20kanbanz%20slow%20down%20my%20website%3F\"><h3>Does Kanbanz slow down my website?<\/h3><\/dt>\n<dd><p>No. Kanbanz loads nothing on the front end.
