Blocks at woocommerce

I have now get my own webshop created by wordpress and woocommerce. I have choosen the shipping method Shipmondo and it is set up correct.
I have been talking with the shipmondo support about my solution, this becaurse mu module does not at the check out module show customers the list of places for having send their goods – shipmondo tells me, that it is the woocommerce making troubles and they are not able to fix it.
I need to disable some blocks from woocommerce so the list of places will be able – but how and where do I find the right block and do I have to remove all blocks and after this will I still have my webshop then?
