There are lots of plugin to set restriction on cart. But this is very ease to setup and need minimum work. Just activate the plugin and set the easy settings. It will work.
Installation
Upload the Restriction on Cart plugin to your site, activate it, Go to Settings->Restriction on Cart and enter your desire value. That’s all!!!
