Best Metric Converter adds a configurable unit converter to your WordPress site with a simple shortcode.
Site owners can choose which converter categories appear on the frontend. They can show one converter, a few selected converters, or all available converters.
Included converter categories:
- Length
- Weight
- Volume
- Temperature
- Area
- Speed
- Time
- Data
- Pressure
- Energy
Backend style controls include:
- Five free styles: Classic, Soft, Glass, Neon, and Bold
- Normal background or gradient background
- Background color
- Accent color
- Main text color
- Button color
- Button text color
- Result box color
- Result text color
- Gradient start and end colors
- Animation options: none, fade in, soft floating, result pulse, or slide up
The frontend does not show a style picker. Visitors only see the converter design selected by the site owner in the backend.
Installation
- Upload the
best-metric-converterfolder to/wp-content/plugins/. - Activate Best Metric Converter through the WordPress plugins screen.
- Go to Settings > Best Metric Converter.
- Use the Style tab to choose design, background mode, colors, and animation.
- Use the Converters tab to choose which converter categories appear on the frontend.
- Add the shortcode
[best_metric_converter]to any page or post.

How do I show only one converter?

Go to Settings > Best Metric Converter > Converters and select only the converter you want, such as Weight.

Can I show multiple converters?

Yes. Select multiple converter categories in the backend. The frontend will show only the selected converters.

Can visitors change the style?

No. Styles are controlled by the site owner in the backend.
