Beskrivelse
Web Integrate Catering Requests helps restaurants, cafés, bakeries and caterers take catering inquiries from their own website.
Catering Menu block
- Add catering packages with a photo, description, price per person and minimum number of guests.
- Tag packages with dietary labels such as Vegetarian, Vegan or Gluten-free (add your own too).
- Show them anywhere with the Catering Menu block: choose 1 to 4 columns, the order, and which details to show.
- The cards use your theme’s fonts and colors, so they fit light and dark designs.
Catering Request Form block
- Customers pick the event date, time, number of guests, and pickup, delivery or full service.
- They tick the packages they want. Servings start at the guest count, and each package’s minimum is checked.
- A live estimated total adds up price per person × servings, clearly marked as an estimate.
- Contact details and a field for dietary needs and allergies.
- Built-in spam protection (hidden trap field, minimum fill-in time, rate limit) with no outside service.
Requests inbox
- Every request is saved under Catering Requests, with a badge showing how many are new.
- See the full request, change its status (New, Quote sent, Confirmed, Completed, Cancelled) and keep an internal note.
- You get an email for each new request (reply goes straight to the customer), and the customer gets a confirmation.
Settings
- Send new requests to one or more email addresses, and check delivery with a test email.
- Booking rules: minimum notice, a maximum number of events per day, and dates you don’t cater (single days or ranges). The form tells customers right away when a date is not available.
- Currency symbol, and an option to delete all data when the plugin is deleted.
Shortcodes for page builders
- Not using the block editor? Use
[catering_menu]and[catering_request_form]in Elementor, Divi, the Classic Editor or any other place that accepts shortcodes. They show exactly the same menu and form as the blocks.
Privacy
Web Integrate Catering Requests does not send any data to outside services. Requests stay in your WordPress database. The plugin adds suggested text to your privacy policy guide and works with WordPress’s personal data export and erase tools.
Source code
The block editor scripts in build/ are compiled from the readable source in src/, which is included in the plugin. To rebuild them, run npm install and npm run build.

FAQ
-
Do I need WooCommerce?
-
No. Web Integrate Catering Requests works on its own.
-
Can I hide the price?
-
Yes. Leave the price per person empty, or turn off “Show price per person” in the block settings.
-
Is the estimated total what the customer pays?
-
No. It is an estimate from your package prices, shown before tax, delivery and extras. You confirm the final price with the customer.
-
I am not receiving request emails.
-
Requests are always saved under Catering Requests, even if an email fails. Use Send test email under Catering Settings to check delivery. If emails do not arrive, your host may block WordPress mail: an SMTP plugin usually fixes this.
-
Can I use it with Elementor, Divi or the Classic Editor?

[catering_menu]for the menu and[catering_request_form]for the form.Menu options, all optional:
