Affilora Importer helps you build an Amazon affiliate store in minutes. Search Amazon from your WordPress dashboard, tick the products you want, and import them into WooCommerce in one click. No copy-pasting, no manual product creation.

Each product is created as a WooCommerce external / affiliate product. When a visitor clicks the button, they go to Amazon through a link that contains your own Amazon Associates ID, so any commission is yours.

What you can do

• Search Amazon by keyword, and browse the results with images, prices and ratings before importing.
• Paste ASINs or product links (one per line) to import exactly the products you want.
• Bulk import many products at once, with a live progress counter.
• 21 Amazon countries are included (United States, India, Canada, United Kingdom, Germany, France, Japan, Australia, UAE and more).
• Your affiliate ID on every link. Add an ID for each country. You can paste a full link containing ?tag= and the ID is picked out for you.
• Change your ID later. When you change an affiliate ID, all products you already imported are updated automatically.
• Choose what to import: price, Amazon star rating, key points (short description), full description, specifications, brand and Amazon category, and extra gallery photos.
• Set how products are saved: published, draft or pending review.
• Duplicates: skip products that were imported before, or update them.
• Custom button text (the default is “Buy on Amazon”).
• Optional daily price refresh for the products with the oldest prices.
• Works with WooCommerce High-Performance Order Storage (HPOS).

How it works

The plugin uses SerpApi (a third-party search service) to read Amazon search results and product pages. You use your own SerpApi account and API key. The plugin never needs your Amazon login.

1. You search or paste ASINs. The plugin asks SerpApi for the products.
2. You pick the products and press Import.
3. The plugin creates the WooCommerce products with your affiliate link and the details you chose.

About SerpApi usage: each search page or ASIN uses 1 SerpApi search. If you turn on extra details (key points, description, specifications, brand/category) or extra photos, 1 more search is used per product. Repeating the same search within an hour is free. Automatic price refresh is off by default because every refreshed product also uses 1 search. SerpApi offers a limited free plan and paid plans; see their pricing page.

About prices: a price is imported only when the Amazon currency matches your store currency. If the currencies differ, the product is still imported but without the price.

External services

This plugin connects to SerpApi (https://serpapi.com) to get Amazon search and product data.

• What is sent: your search words or ASINs, the chosen Amazon country, and your SerpApi API key. When you press “Test key”, your key is sent to SerpApi to read your account status.
• When: only when you search, import, test your key, or when the optional daily price refresh runs.

No visitor data from your website is sent anywhere.

How to use

1. Open Affiliate Importer > Search & Import.
2. Pick the country, then either type a keyword and press Search, or switch to “Paste ASINs / links” and paste your products.
3. Tick the products you want (or select all).
4. Optional: choose a WooCommerce category for the new products.
5. Press Import. When it finishes, you see how many products were created, updated, skipped or failed.
6. Edit or publish the products from Products in WooCommerce as usual.
