PWM Contact Router Lite is a lightweight contact-routing tool that connects WordPress visitors with a business’s primary contact through a configurable floating button compatible with WhatsApp.
Unlike a generic social icon, it is designed around a clear support workflow: identify the responsible contact, preconfigure the opening message, control where the contact action appears, and give visitors a direct path to the right person.
The Lite version is fully functional for one contact and includes:
- Configurable contact name, phone number, and initial message.
- Customizable button text, color, and position.
- Independent visibility controls for mobile and desktop.
- A direct link compatible with WhatsApp, including a preconfigured message.

Installation
- In WordPress, go to Plugins > Add New Plugin.
- Search for “PWM Contact Router Lite” or upload the ZIP file.
- Install and activate the plugin.
- Open Settings > Contact Router Lite.
- Enter the phone number with its country code, without “+”, spaces, or hyphens.
- Customize the button and save the settings.
