QuizzesForBrain Studio lets you create quizzes, organize them into categories and topics, and track learner results, all from your WordPress dashboard. Quizzes use a responsive interface with light and dark themes and can be placed on any page with a block or shortcode.
It suits teachers, tutors, course creators, training teams and anyone who wants quizzes on their own site without a heavy learning management system.

External Services And Privacy
QuizzesForBrain Studio includes the Freemius SDK for product licensing, plan management, checkout and premium updates. The SDK communicates with Freemius for these functions. Review the SDK’s connection and consent screens for the information associated with your selected action.

Optional Google Analytics measurement in the Premium edition is configured by the administrator. It loads only after a consent plugin using the WordPress Consent API grants statistics consent. Without that consent API, collection stays off. It sends page-view information to Google; QuizzesForBrain Studio omits query strings and fragments and does not add quiz answers, scores or learner IDs to those events. Result emails use WordPress mail and the site’s configured mail provider. Enabled learner/admin channels receive quiz-result information, which can include the quiz title, score, and outcome. Quiz attempts and email-job metadata are stored in the site’s database. Site administrators should describe their use in the site’s privacy policy.
Premium usage reports stay on the site. They load only after a consent plugin using the WordPress Consent API grants statistics consent, skip administrator sessions, and are removed after 90 days. They are separate from the optional Google Analytics feature above.

Installation
- Back up your site and database before updating.
- In WordPress, open Plugins > Add New > Upload Plugin and upload the ZIP (or search for the plugin and click Install Now).
- For an update, use Replace Current when offered. Do not uninstall to update.
- Activate QuizzesForBrain Studio. Activate your license where applicable.
- Create categories, topics and quizzes in the QuizzesForBrain Studio administration menus.
- Add
[qfbs_quiz_list]to a published page for your main quiz catalogue. - Configure learner registration in WordPress Settings > General if required.
- Configure result email and your site’s mail transport before testing delivery.

Is the free version limited?

The free version covers one question type (single-choice), manual entry, core quiz creation, basic results and learner accounts. More question types, import and export, scheduling and access controls, appearance settings, result emails, GA4 and XML sitemap, manual grading, question bank workflows, learner groups, certificates and advanced reporting are part of the paid Gold and Platinum plans.

Are the Gold and Platinum features included in this download?

No. They are provided by the separate Premium edition. This WordPress.org download contains the free edition only.

Do learners need a paid plan to sign in?

No. Learner sign-in, registration and accounts are available on all plans. Registration must be enabled by the site administrator. Paid assessment features still follow the site’s plan.

Can I use it with the block editor?

Yes. The plugin provides two blocks: a quiz catalogue and a single quiz. Shortcodes are also available for classic editors and page builders that support shortcodes.

How do I show a quiz on my site?

Create a quiz in the QuizzesForBrain Studio menu, then add the Quiz block, or use
[qfbs_quiz id="1"]with your Quiz ID. Add[qfbs_quiz_list]to a page to show the full catalogue. -
Does “Accepted By Mailer” mean the message reached the inbox?

No. It means WordPress accepted the message for sending. Inbox delivery depends on the site’s mail transport and receiving provider. New email jobs record their delivery timeline; older timestamps that were not stored show Not Recorded.

How are manual assessments and surveys reported?

Manual responses await grading by an authorized administrator. Surveys are unscored and report responses rather than fabricated correct/incorrect scores.

Does updating remove quiz data?

Normal updates preserve existing quiz and learner records and apply required schema upgrades. Back up before updating. Do not uninstall as an update method.

Does deleting the plugin erase learner data?
-
No. Uninstall leaves QuizzesForBrain Studio tables and settings in the database. Deleting the plugin does not erase attempts, guest results, or response files. A retention value of 0 on the Results screen keeps completed results until an administrator sets a number of days or deletes them. WordPress privacy export and erase apply to learners matched by email. Guest attempts are not tied to an account, and the site administrator handles those requests. A response-file link is sensitive: it works with the matching guest cookie or an administrator session.
