Web Plura Social Draft Planner helps WordPress admins turn site content into local social media drafts. Create captions, organize campaign notes, plan calendar dates, review copy, preview link details, export draft content, and open manual Share It links from wp-admin.

Drafts can start from WordPress posts, pages, WooCommerce products, public custom post types, public URLs, RSS items, or manual topics. The plugin can use local source details such as title, excerpt, permalink, categories, tags, author, featured image, site name, product price, and SKU when available.

• Content calendar planning with platform, campaign, status, planned time, and manual reshare markers.
• Review fields for task owner, due date, status, and notes.
• Templates with source variables, reusable hashtag groups, taxonomy hashtag help, and UTM/link presets.
• Local previews with link, media, hashtag, Open Graph, and X Card readiness checks.
• First-comment or manual follow-up text stored with each draft.
• Manual Share It links for supported social platforms and email.
• CSV and JSON exports for reviewed draft content.
• Optional local AI prompt preview and setup validation for loopback or self-hosted endpoints.

The plugin does not publish, schedule, connect social OAuth accounts, or send content to Web Plura Cloud. Users manually share or export reviewed content.

External Services

This plugin contacts external URLs only when an administrator uses one of the features below. It does not send local drafts, exports, AI prompts, or Share It data to Web Plura Cloud.

Local AI endpoints: If an administrator enables local AI and clicks preview, test, or generate, WordPress sends the approved prompt, selected source text, brand/context settings, content type, platform, and model name to the configured endpoint. Supported presets are Ollama (http://127.0.0.1:11434), LM Studio (http://127.0.0.1:1234/v1/chat/completions), llama.cpp (http://127.0.0.1:8080/v1/chat/completions), and administrator-entered loopback OpenAI-compatible endpoints. The endpoint returns generated draft text or an error. Hosted Web Plura AI is not included in this free plugin. Ollama terms: https://ollama.com/terms and privacy: https://ollama.com/privacy. Custom endpoint terms and privacy are controlled by the endpoint owner.

Public URL and RSS imports: If an administrator imports a public URL or RSS feed, WordPress fetches that entered URL to read metadata such as title, description, image URL, feed item link, and excerpt. The destination is the website or feed entered by the administrator. Private, local, and internal network URLs are blocked. Terms and privacy depend on that entered website or feed.

Manual Share It links: If an administrator opens a Share It link, the browser opens the selected platform or email client with supported draft values in the URL. Depending on the provider, values can include source URL, caption text, hashtags, public media URL, email subject, or email body. Instagram and TikTok are manual copy/post flows. The plugin does not store social OAuth tokens and does not automatically publish. Web Plura links: If an administrator clicks product, pricing, terms, or privacy links, the browser opens Web Plura pages. These links send a normal browser request to Web Plura, but the plugin does not send local drafts, exports, AI prompts, imported source content, or Share It data to Web Plura.
